As early as 1900 studies were underway to record the rapid melting of Yoho Glacier and other prominent glaciers in the Canadian Rockies. Excursions of the ACC were used to carry out some of this scientific work. In 1908 an ACC group crossed Waputik Icefield, on the Continental Divide from Yoho Glacier to Bow Lake.

  • 14×21 inch print = 13×20 inch image + ½ inch border on 14×21 inch paper.

  • 23×35 inch print = 22×34 inch image + ½ inch border on 23×35 inch paper.
