Mt Robson from Berg Lake, 1979

from $350.00

Berg Lake is reached up an eighteen mile, (19 km.) continuously uphill trail which passes over several bridges built by Donald Phillips for the Alpine Club of Canada camp in 1913. Byron Harmon, was one of the first to photograph, in 1911, this highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. In 2022 the trail was closed, due to flooding, and several bridges were damaged. Climate change is rerouting the Robson River.
